The Management of Information Systems (MOIS) team won the second annual School of Business Sports Day with an unbeaten record in a day full of heated competition between students, faculty, and staff.

Different colored T-shirts for each team were handed out to over 100 participants, students, and faculty, with 'In the memory of Omar Mohsen 8th May 2012' emblazoned on the front

Omar Mohsen was an economics senior killed in the Port Said post-match massacre in February.

Dina Rateb, a MOIS professor, was inspired by the team spirit that produced their victory.

With tears, smiles, chants, and a tribute to the Port Said martyr Omar Aly Mohsen, the graduation commencement of the Class of Fall 2011 was celebrated amongst family, friends and faculty.

The ceremony was held at the indoor basketball courts in the gymnasium at the New Campus, as it has always been held for the past four years.

It started with a moment of silence for Mohsen, who was supposed to be one of the graduates at the commencement.
