Members of Egypt's opposition groups and unaffiliated citizens say they fear that President Mohamed Morsi's recent constitutional decrees give him greater executive powers, and are part of a plan to push eligible voters to vote "yes" on the referen­dum for the draft constitution sched­uled for December 15.

Cairo, distant from the violence and instability in the downtown area, AUC has provided a safe environment for a lot of women who have to deal with sexual harassment daily.

However, a number of young women at AUC have revealed that they still experience sexual harass­ment on campus.

The Caravan conducted a survey of 281 female undergraduate students at AUC to know if they had experienced sexual harassment on campus.

Caravan reporters also tried to determine what kind of harassment they face and whether they filed a complaint.
