The book includes contributions from three AUC faculty members:
*Dr. Rizk herself (Co-editor, Chapter author and co-author of two chapters)
*Dean Sherif Kamel, School of Business (Chapter author)
*Dr. Sherif El Kassas, Computer Science (Chapter co-author)
The core research team of which Dr. Rizk is a member has expanded into a regional research center: the Access to Knowledge for Development Center (A2K4D). It was launched on February 7 along with the launch of the aforementioned book, as part of the launch festivities of the School of Business itself.
