Faculty Bulletin

Fayza Haikal, Professor of Egyptology in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, and Egyptology (SAPE) gave the opening plenary lecture at the Annual  German Speakers’ Egyptological conference held in Berlin from July 13-15. The lecture was entitled “Reflections on turning points.” Reports have reached the Bulletin that the lecture was attended by almost 400 Egyptologists and was followed by a standing ovation.
