Graham Harman

Graham Harman, Professor of Philosophy and Associate Provost for Research Administration, was recently a keynote speaker at a conference entitled “The Ontological Turn in Modern Philosophy” held in Perm, Russia.

On June 27, he gave a keynote lecture entitled “The Return of Metaphysics in Contemporary Continental Philosophy” at the Higher School of Economics in Perm. On June 28, he gave a presentation of his book Quentin Meillassoux: Philosophy in the Making (Edinburgh: Edinburgh Univ. Press, 2011) at Piotrovsky Bookstore in Perm, a co-sponsor of the conference along with Perm State University.
