Saiyad Nizamuddin Ahmad, Assistant Professor in the Department of Arab and Islamic Civilizations (ARIC), will be presenting a paper at the conference on Legal Reform and Political Change affecting Women in the MENA Region, to be held from June 12-13, 2012, at St Antony’s College, Oxford University. His paper is entitled ”Between Reason and Revelation: The Status of Women in the Jurisprudence of Yusuf Sani’i.”
