Dr. Ana Gil Garcia, Professor in the Graduate School of Education, chaired a roundtable entitled “The development and preparation of leaders: Perspectives and voices from the field” and moderated a symposium entitled “Creating and sustaining positive school community,” both at the American Educational Research Association held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, from April 12-17, 2012.
