Holger Albrecht, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, participated as a panel chair and discussant at the 2012 Annual Symposium of the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies, Georgetown University, Washington D.C., on March 22-23, 2012. The theme of the conference was “‘The People Want the Fall of the Regime’: The Arab Uprising and the Future of Arab Politics;” the panel was on “Civil-Military Relations in the Arab Uprisings.” Video can be viewed HERE.
